I love Kendal's singing! She is ALWAYS singing!
I've started doing turbo jam again, along with running and hiking. One of the sections on turbo jam is aimed towards your abs. The instructor says "contract. and shake it." Meaning....contract your abs....holding it for a few seconds and then shaking it. Kendal has been walking around doing this all the time!! So cute!

Glad she will perform for the camera. I can't get McKelle to sing on camera! The contract and shake it is pretty cute!
how cute!! You are lucky your kids let you exercise while they are awake. My kids scream and pull on me so it doesn't work...
